Regional Prayer 2022

2022 Program Recap

On the 31 January 2022 at 7pm believers gathered at 11 live sites across the Hunter Region, or they joined in on zoom or tuned in to Rhema FM. Live sites were hosted by ministers from ACC, Anglican, Baptist, C3, HopeUC, and a diversity of Christian Church backgrounds.

Rick Prosser opened the evening with a word of encouragment played on Rhema FM and at each live site.

Those gathered worshipped the Lord through the song 'We Pray' written by Joel Proctor, a prophetic word for this time.

Have you felt anxiety as you look across the world? Have you felt fear of the future of it all? There is this one thing we can do we pray. Have you felt the pressure build as you try to stand tall? Have you felt the anger swell at the state of the world? There is this one thing we can do we pray. So pray for the nations, pray for your neighbours, pray for your family, till chains have been broken for new wine to form, for his power to fall, for freedom to prosper for heavens to open…we pray, We pray, we pray for heavens to open, we pray, we pray, we pray. Have you seen injustice rule? while evil seems too cruel. You feel insecure as the wind begins to blow, there is this one thing we can do, there is this one thing we can do, there is this one thing we can do we pray. So pray for the nations, pray for your neighbours, pray for your family, till chains have been broken, for new wine to form, for his power to fall, for freedom to prosper for heavens to open…we pray. When His people start to pray, fire falls, when His people start to pray the dead man walk,  when His people start to pray cities turn and we see revival. We pray. So pray for the nations, pray for your neighbours, pray for your family, till chains have been broken for new wine to form, for his power to fall, for freedom to prosper for heavens to open…we pray. We pray, we pray for heavens to open, we pray, pray, we pray. For heavens to open, we pray.

Visons and Dreams

‘Tonight as the prayer meeting was ending, I heard the Lord say that the ground is now ready for the prophets and apostles to come forth and begin to speak the word of God over this country. But they are not words that will plant seeds, they are words that will bring growth and bring forth a harvest! Honour and respect is becoming a focus towards our First Nations people and church leadership as well as unity. I believe these 3 things are keys to seeing healing and wholeness bought to our land of Australia.

Then as we were driving away, we were up on a hill and I saw lighting that was like fire!! God is about to pour out His Spirit like never before!!’

Courtney Watton, Kingdom Community Church - prophecy / vision
