2022 Prayer of Declaration

Heavenly Father

We thank you for your great love for us and your heart for your creation.

We thank you for your Spirit that unites us and your grace that saves us.

We believe your heart is to bless us and prosper us.

We believe you have great plans for our future.

We ask that our hearts would reflect your heart for our city.

We ask that at the heart of our city would beat with the same compassionate heart of Jesus Christ.

The heart that speaks light into every dark place.

The heart that speaks hope into every place of hopelessness

We commit in our hearts to stand together as one in this city.

We know our unity will reflect and represent your Kingdom here on earth.

We commit to pray and work together for the welfare of our city.

We honour you over our place, this city! You, Lord, are forever exalted!

God be glorified in us and throughout this city.

In Jesus name

Amen
